Each engagement is tailored to the asset and its unique objectives. Most fall into one of three areas:

Retail Enviornment Assessment

A focused review of the asset and its current positioning. The goal is to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and where to focus next.

This typically includes a review of tenant mix and overall positioning, an assessment of the competitive market context, identification of gaps and underutilized space, and initial merchandising and activation recommendations.

Best suited for assets that need a clear point of view before making leasing or investment decisions.

Merchandising + Experiential Strategy

A more comprehensive engagement focused on elevating the asset through tenant curation and activation.

This may include tenant mix strategy and target concepts, short-term leasing and pop-up strategy, experiential programming to drive traffic, positioning recommendations aligned with the market, and the integration of consumer and location-based insights.

Ongoing Advisory

Ongoing support to guide leasing, activation, and strategic decisions over time.

This may include tenant mix strategy and target concepts, short-term leasing and pop-up strategy, experiential programming to drive traffic, positioning recommendations aligned with the market, and the integration of consumer and location-based insight.

Approach

My work draws on experience across retail leasing, consumer insight, and experiential marketing. I use data where it’s helpful, but the focus is always on practical decisions that shape how a space performs.
