Every environment presents a different set of opportunities. Most engagements fall into one of three areas:

Enviornment Assessment

A focused assessment of a property, destination, or environment and its current positioning. The goal is to evaluate how people interact with a physical environment, identify opportunities for improvement, and uncover insights related to engagement, experience, amenities, tenant mix, and activation.

Merchandising + Experiential Strategy

A comprehensive engagement focused on creating environments that attract the right audiences, support business objectives, and strengthen long-term value. Services may include tenant and amenity strategy, brand and concept identification, experiential programming, pop-up and activation planning, destination positioning, and the integration of consumer and location-based insights to inform decision making.

Ongoing Advisory

Ongoing strategic guidance for brands, owners, and operators navigating decisions related to merchandising, amenities, activations, and customer experience. Support is tailored to the needs of the organization and may include concept evaluation, market insights, stakeholder workshops, activation planning, and strategic recommendations as priorities evolve.

Approach

My approach is grounded in consumer behavior and an understanding of how people experience physical environments. I use data where it adds value, but the goal is always the same: helping organizations make practical decisions that lead to stronger experiences, deeper engagement, and better-performing places.
