Hi, I’m Liza.
I work at the intersection of retail environments, consumer insight, and experiential marketing.
My background spans retail leasing, tenant curation, and location intelligence, with experience across companies like Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Placer.ai. Over time, I’ve focused on how physical environments shape behavior, from how people move through a space to how they engage with brands.
At Westfield, I worked on leasing and tenant curation across major shopping center portfolios, including the development of pop-up programs and experiential concepts. At Placer.ai, I partnered with global retail developers and commercial real estate organizations, using location intelligence to better understand visitation patterns and inform leasing and development strategy. More recently, I worked with enterprise teams on marketing initiatives tied to emerging technologies.
Today, I advise organizations on how to design and activate retail environments, from tenant curation and leasing strategy to experiential marketing and pop-up programs. My work centers on creating spaces that feel relevant to their audience and aligned with how people shop and spend time today.
I’m particularly interested in how retail is evolving as a platform for engagement, and how data, technology, and thoughtful design can shape more intentional and effective environments.
